EXZO participated in the renovation and refurbishment of the Wesley Quarter located in the heart of Perth CBD. Surrounded by William, Hay and Murray Street it was transformed into the ultimate mens and womens high-end fashion retail quarter that opens onto a courtyard surrounding the Wesley Church.

Works included stripping of all previous finishes, equipment, refitting and refurbishing of Queens Building, the Wesley Tower and the Wesley Arcade Building to be more applicable to current and future trends of Perth.
